Description
INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide crane upgrade services for Building 679. This initiative supports BEAs commitment to maintaining safe and efficient material handling capabilities across INL facilities. BACKGROUND Building 679 requires upgrades to its existing crane systems to improve reliability, safety, and operational performance. The scope of work may include the following: Replacement of two 40 ton crane hoists and controls. Assessment of current crane systems and components. Removal and replacement of outdated parts and equipment. Installation of upgraded crane systems and controls.
