Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Salt Lake City Health Care System (VASLCHCS) requires a four (4) year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for mortuary services for deceased unclaimed or indigent Veterans under VA or VA-authorized care. The Contractor shall provide professional mortuary servicesincluding removal, preparation, storage, cremation, embalming, casketing, transportation, and confirmation of intermentfor deceased unclaimed or indigent Veterans under VA or VA-authorized care in the state of Utah.
