Description
NASA/ Katherine Johnson Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility has a requirement for facility operations and maintenance support services. The Contractor shall provide facilities maintenance activities, equipment monitoring, handyman, custodial, grounds keeping, and other services as needed. NASA/ Katherine Johnson Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Facility has issued a sole source contract to acquire the services from Crothall Facilities Management. FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements is cited as the authority used in this case.
