It has been determined that COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT, INC.is the sole provider of Cryogenic mechanical testing of polymer aerogel composites. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Glenn Research Center (GRC).
