Description
The Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), authorized under 10 USC 3458 as revised by the 2026 National Defense Authorization Act Section 1823) is not a Request for Quotations one would normally expect to see from federal Government contracting offices. We (Delaware Army National Guard, also referred to as the Government) are seeking an optimal, innovative, commercially available solution to our problem set as stated in CSO Section 2.0 Problem Statement and Section 3.0 Desired System Attributes and Capabilities. We do not have a particular floor layout nor pre-determined pallet rack design. Given the amount of equipment (displayed during the site visit) that we need to store on either pallet racks or in secure storage, we dont need to maximize cube in this storage building.
