Custom CATSCAM Sensor Tag Package

Amendment 1: Extending to 7/15 to allow time for contractors to provide quotes. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price type purchase order on a brand name only basis for 10 CATSCAM Sensor Tag Packages as described below. CATSCAM Sensor Tags are currently the only known tags that offer the unique ability to heavily customize their housing and attachment types (e.g., fin floats, fin clamps) that integrate into the Governments current infrastructure, which is necessary for this requirement.
