The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, and equipment to fabricate, machine, finish, inspect and deliver the following: Item Part Number Description Qty 1 PD-CSX-ES-1411 Stainless Steet Type 206 CSX End Station Tube, Theta 1 2 PD-CSX-ES-1422 Stainless Steel Type 304 CSX End Station Body Housing 1 3 PD-CSX-ES-1431 Stainless Steel Type 304 CSX End Station Tube, Delta, Rotary 1 All work herein shall be in accordance with the BSA Statement of Work dated 6/26/2026, Attachment (A) including the Drawings and Step Files to Draft BSA PO#480664, Enclosure Attachment A, and BNL Supplier Quality Assurance Requirements, (BNL-QA-101) Attachment (B). Amendment No.1 to BSA Solicitation No.480664 is issued to address questions received and provide responses to same which are incorporated herein
