Description
The USCG requires new servers to recap end of life servers aboard USCG Cutters. These servers must include a brand name Intel Processor component. This brand name exception to fair opportunity for brand name Intel Processor components is pursuant to FAR 16.505(a)(4)(i), restricting items peculiar to one manufacturer. See the attached Brand Name Justification. This notice fulfills the posting requirements of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D).
