Description
This is a notification that Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to SSK Military Industries, Inc. (CAGE 3DLD5) under the authority cited in FAR Part 12. The ordering period is for five (5) years with annual reviews in place for performance standards. This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 12.201-1 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source.
