MI-SENEY NWR-FIBER OPTIC INSTALL NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Highline Internet. Seney National Wildlife Refuge requires installation of underground single mode fiber optic cable to provide highspeed internet service to the new Headquarters and Visitor Center and existing Maintenance Shop. Highline Internet is the only broadband service provider currently serving this geographic area and will also be providing the monthly internet service to the Refuge.
