Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Seequent Leapfrog Geo & Edge Software Subscriptions. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Bentley Systems, Inc. (Seequent) to purchase Leapfrog Geo & Edge Software Subscriptions. NETL requires the Leapfrog Geo & Edge Software Subscriptions from Bentley Systems, Inc. to support the commercialization of NETLs AI-based critical mineral discovery tool and aid resource basin-scale and deposit-scale geologic models and resource models for critical mineral resources.
