Amendment 0001: PWS has been updated to be viewable by everyone. Amendment 0002: The time for questions due has been changed from 2:00PM EST to 2:00PM EDT. The date of 19 June 2026 remains the same. Amendment 0003: This is an official notice to all contractors who are interested in a site visit. A site visit will be held at Dover Air Force Base on 17 June 2026 @ 9:00AM EDT. Please refer to the Base Access section below for further instructions. This is also a reminder a REAL ID, or an in/out state ID accompanied with a passport, birth certificate, or social security card will be necessary for in-processing upon arrival.
