The purpose of this amendment is to provide the revised Draft Statement of Objectives and Sources Sought Notice. The revised sections are highlighted within the respective documents. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine industry capability and assess competition for Architecture/Engineering support services for the DARPA Modernization Project.
