DDG-1000 Full Mission Bridge Model Update and Student Role-Based Access Modifications

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a contract for modifications to the DDG-1000 Full Mission Bridge (FMB) training device located at the Zumwalt Training Facility (ZTF), San Diego, California. The proposed effort includes the following Technical Equipment Change Requests (TECRs): TECR Model Update TECR Student Role-Based Access (Cybersecurity) The contract is planned for Wartsila Defense, Inc. dba Defense Maritime Solutions (DMS), operating under CAGE Code 0EYA6. Under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Ongoing market research performed by the
