Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Coherent Corporation for a Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) 320 nm Laser for High-Dimensional Flow Cytometry. The LP Research Flow Cytometry Facility provides essential cell sorting and flow cytometry analysis services to the Experimental Transplantation and Immunotherapy Branch and other branches and programs within the Center for Cancer Research (CCR). The required 320 nm deep ultraviolet laser is necessary to upgrade existing high-dimensional flow cytometers and enable excitation of deep-ultraviolet fluorescent probes.
