McDonnell Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63166, using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAVAIR procured 523 Cabin Pressure and On-Board Oxygen Generation System Monitoring System retrofit kits for the F/A-18 E/F, EA-18G, and F/A-18 C/D aircraft.
