Description
The purpose of this project is to demolish the Sacramento Resident Office and supporting site structures including site restoration for turnover to owning agency. The project site consists of three (3) modular trailers, one (1) gazebo, two (2) storage structures, and two (2) parking areas. The work shall include demolition of three (4) designated structures, removal of reinforced concrete curbs and sidewalks, cutting and removal of asphalt pavement, and disconnection and capping of utilities. The total square footage of the buildings to be demolished is estimated to be 6,000 SF with a total of square footage of supporting structures to be removed at 700 SF and 24,000 SF of parking lot.
