Description
Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) is issuing this pre-solicitation synopsis for PANROC-26-P-00000-34380. This pre-solicitation synopsis is a notice to procure brand new, integrated dive equipment to outfit the Public Safety Dive Team for the US Army Garrison, Rock Island Arsenal. This effort is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis. ACC-RI will not pay for information received in response to this synopsis. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited; however, all responsible sources may submit a quotation with a proposal which will be considered by ACC-RI.
