The Rotational unit billeting site work project at Fort Bliss, TX, will enhance troop morale and force projection by creating a campus style recreation area to complement the 10 new 3D printed structures. The project scope includes the construction of two large covered pavilions with turf, three smaller covered pavilions, two basketball courts, four pickleball courts, an illuminated running path, and new sidewalks encircling the project area. The development also includes the installation of essential infrastructure, such as fiber optic cable, and landscaping of approximately 2.22 acres of xeriscape with local vegetation supported by site wide irrigation.
