Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) in Huntsville, Alabama is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of procuring and installing Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS) in anticipation of awarding the fourth generation Apogee IV for the UMCS program.
