DG11-Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Cable, Internet, Phone, and Digital Music Services for the VA Black Hills Health Care System – Fort Meade Campus

This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract with only one source, Midcontinent Communications, to provide Cable, Internet, Phone, and Digital Music Services to the VA Black Hills Health Care System Fort Meade Campus. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source award under the authority of RFO 12.201 1, which permits the use of simplified procedures for commercial acquisitions.
