Description
Pre-solicitation for Commercial Services Prepared in Accordance with FAR Part 12 The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) intends to issue a BPA Call for a Digital Archivist. The intended sources are existing BPA holders under which multiple BPAs were awarded: 1232SA23A0006, 1232SA23A0007, and 1232SA23A0008. A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued to these BPA holders. Award will be made to the vendor that provides the best value to the Government for these services.
