Distribution and Warehousing Services DLA Distribution Hill AFB, Utah

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates awarding a modification to existing DLA Distribution Contract SP3300-22-D-5002 on a sole source basis to Amentum Services Inc. This contract provides labor to support workload surges, unforeseen/unplanned workload, contingency operations and special projects. The modification would increase the ceiling amount as the contract has been outpacing the anticipated spend rate. Pursuant to the exception under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), only Amentum Services, Inc. is capable of providing the services at this time; award to any other source will result in unacceptable delays and would preclude DLA from reacting timely to requirements.
