Description
This action is for a new Sole-Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract support service level agreement (SLA) for the DVB-S2 System located at DMA Riverside. Support includes: Harmonic HW Maintenance and Support Renewal (NOTE: Harmonic equipment is past EOL/EOS, support will provide repairs or replacement with "like" equipment of the same quality that will perform the same functionality,) InView, EPG, and Station Logo ID Cloud Service Maintenance and Support Renewal Verimatrix Maintenance and Support renewal Support renewal (Includes the original Primary and Backup systems, Verimatrix M&C Server Maintenance and Support. Prisms maintenance and support renewal, labor for maintenance and support SLA AFN Riverside DR System labor includes reconfiguration, implementation, and testing.
