E-2D Hawkeye Integrated Training Systems (HITS-V) CJ&A Notice

Posting of the redacted Class Justification and Approval (CJA). This contract was not competed pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions LLC, Cedar Rapids, Iowa is awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of technical refreshes and capability upgrades to existing E-2D Hawkeye training systems, including enhancements to flight trainers, system integration laboratories, Special Projects Advanced Readiness Trainer Afloat/Ashore devices, Joint Simulation Environment integration, distributed mission testing capabilities, virtual maintenance training, instructor/operator training, and associated technical documentation in support of maintaining current training capabilities and fleet readiness for the Navy.
