Description
This requirement mandates the development and demonstration of a proof-of-concept Improved Mobile Fuel Delivery System (iMFDS) to enhance the Navy's at-sea refueling capabilities. This system must be rapidly installable on commercial tankers during short-term availability, minimizing permanent ship modifications and welding. The Navy requires assistance from True Bear Engineering LLC for this effort. True Bear Engineering LLC will design, manufacture, and validate dual probe ramless electronic standard tensioned replenishment alongside method (E-STREAM) machinery and controls for integration with an improved Modular Fuel Delivery Station (iMFDS) prototype.
