Description

Earth Prediction Innovation Center (EPIC) requirements for advancing weather modeling skill, reclaiming and maintaining international leadership in the area of numerical weather prediction, and improving the transition of research into operations. NOAA awarded a commercial, single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that allows for the issuance of Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) task orders (TOs). Other Direct Costs (ODCs) such as travel may be firm-fixed-price or reimbursed at actual cost. The term of the contract includes one (1) five-year ordering period and one (1) option period allowing services to be extended for up to six (6) months under the authority of FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
