Description
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for East View journals services provided by East View Information Services, Inc. in support of Naval War College Newport, RI. The purchase will be performed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Other than Full and Open competitive environment, as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
