This notice replaces the one issued on March 5, 2026, which had the incorrect Notice Id/Solicitation Number. The correct solicitation number is SPE7MX26R0036. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete unrestrictive technical data. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 43 NSNs, all B-1 Bomber products that Eaton Aerospace (62983) is the sole approved source; see attachments. DLA L&M proposes to enter into fixed-price contract(s) with an annual price adjustment provisions to adjust out-year contract prices. The resulting contract(s) will be long-term indefinite quantity contract(s), which includes a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
