NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This notice is for informational purposes only. The Virginia Air National Guard (VaANG) intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to EAB Global, Inc. for educational lead generation and digital recruitment marketing services.
