Educational Services at Hanscom AFB

Comprehensive Education Services: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, services, administration, furniture, supplies, equipment, and transportation to present a comprehensive educational program that meets or exceeds those schools ranked as highly performing by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Report Card. Education services shall include both special education services for students with an individual education program (IEP). The Contractor shall provide a multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS), including Tier 1 differentiation for students needing extension and/or enrichment instructional opportunities, that meet or exceed those required by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
