Electricity (Utility) Services - Amendment

The Indian Health Service, Yakama Service Unit, in Toppenish, Washington, intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract for Electricity (Utility) Services to Yakama Power for the Yakama Service Unit's main clinic, green outbuilding, water pump and administration building, located at 401 Buster Road, Toppenish, Washington and satellite dental clinic located at 62 Birdsong Lane, White Swan, Washington. This acquisition is conducted pursuant to the authority for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 1906, 1907, and 3307), FAR Part 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract, and FAR Part 41, Acquisition of Utility Services. The Contractor, Yakama Power - is the sole company uniquely authorized to provide the needed utility services
