Description
This is a non-personal services contract to provide a non surgical high energy electrohydraulic extracorporeal system that provides high energy (a minimum of 18kV) healing of the affected condition to include but not limited to chronic conditions which includes plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, lateral epicondylitis, patellar tendinitis/chondromalacia and some instances of delayed healing of a fracture.
