18 June 2026 - Issue amendment 0001 to update Attachment 1 - Site Visit Information. The Contractor shall develop bridging documents, consisting of conceptual design, technical specifications, and performance criteria for the complete repair of seventeen electric elevators (12 passenger and 5 freight as identified in the 2024 Elevator Assessment) replacing all components that are obsolete and/or have reached end-of-life, including MEP systems upgrades, ACM abatement, PCBs removal, structural and architectural alterations to bring the existing machine rooms and hoistways up to code.
