Emergency Response Support Services

In accordance with FAR 5.705(b), this synopsis is issued to announce the Government's award of a one (1) year, hybrid (Firm Fixed-Price and Time and Materials) bridge contract on a non-competitive basis to Rapid Deployment, Inc. (RDI) for emergency response support services while the competitive, follow-on contract is being procured. The sole source bridge contract was awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. A one year bridge contract is necessary to ensure the continuity of critical emergency response support services while a new contract is being procured.
