**THIS IS AN INDIAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS ECONOMIC ENTERPRISE (ISBEE) SET-ASIDE** The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center located at Highway 160 Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta AZ 86033 has a requirement for optimizing the Emergency Room's HVAC system by correcting airflow imbalances that impact critical care operations. The scope of work includes modifying existing ductwork, installing balancing components, and conducting comprehensive testing to ensure proper airflow distribution. The Government will award a contract on a Best Value Trade-Off basis to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best overall value to the Government, price and non-price factors considered. The Government will evaluate quotations based on three primary factors, listed in descending order of impo
