Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Cayman Chemical Company, Inc. for the design, manufacture, distribution, and associated laboratory support services for the Emergent Drug Panel-Version 2 (EDP-V2) Kit, a new product line addition within CDC's Traceable Opioid Material (TOM) Kit program, and continued distribution, product support, and data collection services for existing Emergent Drug Panel (EDP) Kit products. The anticipated period of performance is 09/30/2026 through 09/29/2027. The requirement will include four option years for design and manufacture of additional kits as well as continuous distribution. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). CDC
