This solicitation is for commercial products prepared IAW RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 773rd CES requires a commodities indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for streamlined procurement of asphalt emulsion and seal coat products to complete facility and roadway projects on JBER, AK. The anticipated ordering period is 1 May 2026 through 30 April 2031. This requirement includes a brand name purchase for both GSB-78 and GSB-88 (ref: Brand Name Justification). These products can not be ordered and shipped, as they are mixed, kept in specialized containers and used immediately when needed.
