Description
Network Contracting Office 8 (NCO 8) intends to modify a sole source award to JOHNSON CONTROLS INC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a Single Source, as no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agencys requirement. A copy of the approved Justification and Approval is attached to this notice. The proposed modification is to provide scheduled maintenance, repairs, and software updates for the Energy Management System Maintenance. Services will include recommended preventative maintenance, all labor, travel, expenses, and all parts for an unlimited number of on-demand service visits and telephone support calls around the clock.
