ENFLEX EDGE SUBSCRIPTION

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center- Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) has a requirement for the renewal of their annual subscription to the Westlaw Enflex regulatory database. This requirement will include a base year and four option years. ERDC-CERL has determined that only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements and intends to award this acquisition in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a) to West Publishing Corporation (Westlaw) as the company is the only provider of the Enflex EDGE environmental regulatory database. West Publishing Corporation (Westlaw) is the sole producer/provider of the Enflex EDGE environmental regulatory database. ERDC-CERL has utilized Enflex for its regulatory research
