Description
This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov. The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) has the following requirements: The Contractor shall commercial off-the-shelf, 100% digital courseware for students and teachers as well as related professional learning, and technical support for three courses: Principles of Engineering, Engineering Design and Development, and Engineering Drawing Computer-Aided Design (CAD). The instructional resources shall be based on research-based best practices shown to help students master the standards. The period of performance shall be 1 year base period
