The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) is the Department of Defenses (DoDs) demonstration and validation program for innovative technologies that enhance military readiness, improve installation resilience, and strengthen Americas defense infrastructure. The ESTCP Office is interested in receiving proposals for innovative, cost-effective solutions to address DoDs most pressing energy security, infrastructure resilience, and sustainment challenges as candidates for funding. This notice constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(d)(2). Readers should note that this is an announcement to declare ESTCP's intent to competitive
