The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote to Frequentis Defense Inc., CAGE 3XGK6, 8661 Robert Fulton Drive, Suite 190, Columbia, MD 21046-2284 pursuant to FAR 6.103-1(b) "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
