Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when it is available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a professional event production company to design, build, equip, staff, and manage its booth space in a trade show in Mexico City. The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive booth services including design and infrastructure, utilities, kitchen equipment, promotional materials, audiovisual services, photography and videography, staffing, security, and daily operational support throughout the event.
