IAW FAR 5.203(a), the National Park Service hereby posts this synopsis to be active for a period of 15 days. This is a Pre-Solicitation Synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION; therefore, no response to this Notice is required. The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Well Plugging at Jean Lafitte National Historical Park (JELA), Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Work consists of reclaiming three oil and gas well sites, including plugging and abandonment of the wells at JELA. SOLICITATION NUMBER: When publicized, the solicitation number will be 140PS126B0006.
