F-SPECIAL NOTICE for Superfund Analytical Methods

DISCLAIMER: The pre-solicitation notice requirements of FAR Subpart 5.101 do not apply to this solicitation for commercial requirements. Instead of utilizing the combined solicitation/synopsis as permitted by FAR Subparts 5.203 and 12.202, the Agency is electing to issue this special notice prior to solicitation release. This is a notice only; no proposals are being requested or accepted during the pre-solicitation period. The Government anticipates issuing the formal solicitation under 68HERL26R0005 between 21 - 45 calendar days after the issuance of this notice.
