The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the City of Salem Virginia to monitor and test the water distribution system that the Salem VA Medical Center shares with the City of Salem located at the Salem VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. Service Period of Performance will be for the period August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027.
