The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requires Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance, and Unscheduled Maintenance services for DeCAs Italy commissary (Aviano, Vicenza, Naples, Sigonella, Livorno) facilities and equipment.
