Description
409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) intend to issue a solicitation for Family Advocacy Program Educator Services at USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 29 SEP 2025 28 MAR 2026 (Base Period 6 months) and includes four (4) 12-month Option Years (29 March 2026 28 March 2030) . The RFQ will be posted and be available for download at https://sam.gov. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition within the next 60 (sixty) days, but Government reserves the right to delay
