*****AMDENDMENT #2, 4/10/2026***** FCC HAZELTON DOES NOT USE TOILET TISSUE HOLDERS/ DISPENSERS. *****AMDENDMENT #1***** THE BRQ WAS UPDATED ON 4/2/2026 TO INFORM VENDORS THAT TOILET TISSUE ROLLS BETWEEN 450-600 SHEETS PER ROLL WILL NOW BE CONSIDERED. ALSO ADDED IS THE REQUIREMENT TO ADD THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ROLLS AND A NOTE THAT INVOICES WILL BE PAID ON A NET 30 BASIS AFTER EACH ORDER IS DELIVERED. THE UPDATED BRQ IS ATTACHED, PLEASE SEE THE UPDATED DESCRITIONS UNDER EACH LINE ITEM.
